Since Andorid sales rised rapidly, Apple and Microsoft hasn't stopped trying ways to block it, lawsuit and license fee, which drives Android manufacture in a whirlpool. The focus of all the problem is patent. As a network-based company, Google can hardly compete with Apple who has a long time and glorious device experience.
