Accoriding to the news from Dailytech.com, Apple.inc is going to lauch a new budget iPhone model in September which retail for between $300-$500 without a contrast. It will be named the iPhone 4S or iPhone 4GS. It was also said it is not the fifth generation(iPhone 5). It seems that Apple has ambitions to access to more consumbers with this budget model and become competitive in the battle with Android.
However, how will the Apple fanatics respond?
The first question from Apple fanatics is that the quality will not be as good as the previous model as the price is sort of low. But the answer is surprise is that with an RF module the iPhone 4S would deliver a profit margin of approximately 53 percent at $350 USD. Seems not bad. Some professional technology points out, this device will be aimed at developing countries -- an area where struggling Finnish phone maker Nokia has traditionally dominated.
We know China has the leading manafacturers of clone iPhones which retails from $60-$200 with incredible similar features. It seems this is not a good news for them. Obviously this budget iPhone will attract part of people who may has a demand to offer an cheap iphone. Big impact to the developing iphone clone market.
However, no matter what new iPhone models will come out, cool iPhone cases is a need of all time. As the new iPhone 5 comes out, the iPhone cases market will boom, too. Let’s wait to see.
