| Samsung Galaxy lost patent case to Apple in EU |
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 were banned in Europe except Netherlands for infringement of Apple’s intellectual property. This is latest victory of lawsuits Apple alleged that the rivals new products steal Apple’s idea. That’s not good for Samsung, well, also Android manufactures. This news can lower the confidence and bring uncertainties to Android phone manufactures.

Well, another potential challage is that Nokia formed partnership with Microsoft, a report from allthingsd.com said that Nokia claimed to abandon Symbian and turned to Wphone system. Motorola benefits from starting selling Android phones and turns to grow rapidely in mobile phone market.
